Preset Installation

To install the presets in After Effects, drag the “MGH-[Collection Name]” folder into your “Presets” folder within your After Effects directory (if the “MGH-[Collection Name]” folder already exists, copy the packaged .ffx files into this folder)

Windows: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects (Version)\Support Files\Presets

Mac: Applications/Adobe After Effects (Version)/Presets

How to Use Presets

You can find and apply the presets in After Effects within the “Effects & Presets” panel. Locate “Animation Presets” > “MGH-[Collection Name]” folder, then select a preset and drag it onto a layer to apply it.

How to Install After Effects Scripts

To install After Effects scripts, place the .jsxbin file and any other included folders and files into your “ScriptUI Panels” folder within your After Effects directory:

Windows:​ C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects (Version)\Support Files\Scripts\ScriptUI Panels

Mac:​ Applications/Adobe After Effects (Version)/Scripts/ScriptUI Panels

How to Open Scripts in After Effects

To use/open the script, go to the “Window” menu inside After Effects and select the script name within the menu.

Note: You must restart After Effects after installing new scripts. If you run into issues, try opening After Effects via “Run as Administrator” command in Windows.

How to use the MGH Folders in Post Haste

To add an MGH folder .pht into the Post Haste Template Directory:

Windows:​ C:\Documents\Digital Rebellion\Post Haste\Templates\

Mac:​ ~/Documents/Digital Rebellion/Post Haste/Templates/

How to use MGH Google Docs/Sheets

Google Sheets and Docs are full customizable with editable pre-fill options to save you time when filling it out. You can’t edit the original document, make a copy to your Google Drive to use all the features ( You need to have Google account for this). The document will open in a new window.
